Sail Date: Sep 2015
Cabin: Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

We live in Houston, and Galveston is only an hour away from our home. My husband and I have sailed on Royal Caribbean several times and are seasoned cruisers. Age 57-53. Embarkation- was a breeze, got to the port at 10:30AM and was on the ship by 11:15AM. Stateroom available at 1PM. Service- on board the ship was awesome. Drink service a bit slow, but was not because of the service, just they did not have enough help to manage the crowd. Our cabin steward was beyond great.

Cabin- bed was beyond horrible. It was like sleeping on the floor. We asked for a foam topper to be told they no longer provided. Again, the bed was horrible!!

Main dining room-food was the worse than we have ever had on a cruise. The steak did not have the texture of a steak. It was like spam in a steak form. Disgusting.
