Just returned from another great cruise on the RCCL ship Freedom of the Seas. We went on an Eastern Caribbean cruise with our regular cruise buddies from the Villages in Florida. The seas were smooth for the whole trip. This cruise we stayed in one of the "new inside cabins" located on deck 3 forward. The decor and design is modern and up to date, plus a comfortable size for inside cabins.

We enjoyed dinner each night on deck 5 "Dine on Your Time" dinning room. The Manager, Viktor Zhuchenko arranged a window table for 4 and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the excellent food.

Our Concierge, Rahul Barua hosted nightly coctails and treats making sure everyone was served quickly and efficiently.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin Q

Excellent inside cabin. Brand new in Spring of 2015. Plenty of space, clean and well decorated. Like the new bed style. High enough to store suitcases underneath and room to get around the sides and end of beds.

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

The new larger terminal at Port Cananveral makes it faster to board the ship.

St. Thomas

Excellent shopping port. Easy to get downtown and navigate the streets and alleys. Our phones work here, too, so nice to catch up on emails and calls without paying extra.

St. Maarten

Love St. Maarten, the beach is one of the most beautiful near the port, too. Easy walking distance to shopping and dining options. I always take my time walking on the boardwalk and then shopping at different stores onthe main street.
