Yes I have lots of comments, but none are good. I was so disappointed with this cruise that my husband & I paid almost €3,000 for. There was eight of us family on board, and everyone of us said that we would never do an MSC cruise again, because, firstly on embarking, there was sooo many customs & passport controls, with all our luggage, that they, our luggage, should have been taken from us at the airport & not seen again until we got to our rooms, there was too much pulling cases from tired people. Then our rooms looked lovely on arrival but when I looked closer there was a cotton bud at the back of the wardrobe, stains in the drawers, and the bathroom shower curtain was filthy all around the end of it. Then on another day when I approached the reception, there wasn't a smile from the girl that "assisted" me.

I found the staff, very rude, I felt they hated their jobs and I felt, they didn't want to help anyone of us, especially in the buffet area and have never seen anything so disorganised as the buffet area. The food was stone cold, no microwaves to heat food. Terrible variety of food, closed every time we went up there, with no information of opening or closing times, no milk in jugs, lukewarm "hot water". I felt every staff member was "waiting" for us to tip them. It was a disgrace that there was no free wifi area. No member of staff, I felt, was very helpful. Frank, our table server at night, was the only nice member of staff to us. I felt he went above and beyond the call of duty. He's was great. Very poor entertainment. No daytime entertainment. And if there was there was no one knew where it was! The excursions were very expensive. The only two we went on, we made our own way there, at a fraction of the price! It was absolutely the worst cruise I was ever on, and will not be using MSC again and will have no problem telling anyone who wants to know.
