Balcony cabin was very nice but TV & refrigerator failed. Repair was prompt, but ship showed its age. Cabin attendant was just great. Paint in the pool showed wear, plastic plants badly faded. Automatic door failed several times. Most pool bars not open during the day. Coffee pots and snack stations also not serviced during the day except in Windjammer. Food in main dining room was excellent with new menu every day. Our wait staff was very attentive and made dinner fun. Windjammer food was not up to par at breakfast or lunch. Dinner was fine.

Headliner entertainment was very good. Ship singers and dancers not as good as other Royal ships. Choreography lacked polish. Many events in the Centrum were very crowded. A larger venue should have been used.

Tours were very good & varied, but the weather was not very cooperative. Sea was rough during the crossing, but Captain did well in stabilizing as much as possible.
