The ship was packed with rude people everywhere we went. Good luck getting a clean table in the Windjammer or fighting your way into the buffet. The pools are a joke: filled with people who have left their towels on the best sun lounges so that none are available. Elevators are slow, packed with people stopping at every floor. Dinner reservations are a joke due to long lines moving so slowly. Why bother with Purelle hand sanitizer when guests are crammed together everywhere? Took nearly 2 hours to disembark once back in port due to massive lines snaking as far back as the dining room! Poor underpaid and overworked staff tries so hard to be friendly. Here's a suggestion: how about actually cooking the lousy cheap pizza at Sorrentos and installing more than 2 drink refill machines on the ship? Nobody wants to buy the tacky artwork or boxed watches they're constantly pushing. Save your money and sail on a different ship!
