My family and I found Britannia to be an absolutely beautiful ship with service to match (and yes I have cruised several times before so I do have something to compare it with)!!

We found the service in the Restaurants and Bars to be first class, the staff were friendly and obliging and nothing was too much trouble - everything done with a smile! The Horizon Buffet was always very busy for breakfast but a lot of people don't realise that you can also eat outside in the Sunset Bar area which we did on most mornings.

We fell in love with The Crows Nest Bar and in particular Adam Allinson who is the Cocktail Pianist, he made for a great evening.

Cabin Review

Cabin Superior Deluxe Balcony

We had a superior deluxe balcony cabin on B deck with a wonderful cabin steward called Sujit, he always had a smile and a cheery welcome and remembered our names for the entire holiday. The balconies are of standard size for most of P&O's ships plenty of room for two people to sit out and have a nice drink. The bathrooms are big enough with a full size bath and shower overhead. A nice sitting area with a TV and another TV to watch in bed if you wish.
