I was I total awe of everything this trip entailed. I was in awe of NYC. I have wanted to go to the big City all my life; I am now 80 and did just that this year! I felt a lot was packed into Saturday which was tiring. I was unable to make the Broadway musical. The tour the next morning covered everything I wanted to see and the harbour cruise on 9/11 was moving beyond words. The Norwegian Gem is a gem of a ship!

All tours were great; Nova Scotia and my first whole lobster, another first. My biggest disappointment was I had an asthma attack and missed the Bar Harbour excursion. However, on a different note, the medical facilities were wonderful. This was the trip I looked most forward too, but I guess it wasn't to be. My daughter was with me for this whole trip and 10 days with your daughter is a joy to behold. Newport just fantastic, beautiful weather, beautiful time. The food was delicious. My favorite place was El Cucina, then Grand Pacific, moderno (didn't like) or Magenta, cagneys was OK, if you like sitting In the kitchen.
