This was the last of the Freedom Class ships we have been on and it was by far the best! We found everything just great. Our luggage was delivered to our stateroom BEFORE we set sail! In all of our 15 cruises on RCCL, this was a first. Usually the luggage is delivered sometime around 9 PM, long after we had sailed.

We found the crew to be cheerful and happy and in most cases they just could not do enough for us. What a pleasure to see this after sailing on the Freedom of the Seas and the Liberty of the Seas. The food was better than most RCCL cruises that we have been on in the past. But a true highlight was dining at Chops, the specialty restaurant on board. Everything was just perfect from food to service! I recommend the 9 oz. filet.

We have been to most of the ports of call a number of times beforehand but St. Kitts was a new one for us. Not really something to get excited about but we did do an independent tour of the island and did some shopping right in the port area. Nice.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Clean! Ample room but the bathroom was a bit "tight". Still trying to figure out how some of the "larger" folks go in and out of the shower. Do not drop the soap! The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had while on a cruise.

We had a balcony which was more than ample in size...no deck lounges but two chairs and a table.

Air conditioning was great but most of all the room was quiet and we could not hear any of our neighbors!
