Well, they don't believe in ADA laws or at the minimum are very noncompliant. They have no problem moving rooms on people without notification. I had to bring it to their attention (at different times) that there was no shower gel (the first day on board so they didn't bother to check such things) and more Kleenex was needed (after leaving the empty box in plain sight). The closer was unusable as the door hinges were broken ( finally fixed on last day of cruise). The food was nothing to write home about nor was the food service - they seemed more interested in cleaning up after people left than serving them. The only true bright spot of this cruise was (excluding our great friends we were traveling with) was one young lady on the shore excursion crew.
Room was non ADA compliant even though ADA compliant room was booked 10 months earlier. Room staff did not take care of things like checking shower soap levels etc. Relied upon us to tell them. Closet door was broken making closet unusable. I guess that means they do not check to see if so ething was left behind or needed to be cleaned.
Very enjoyable, not enough time. Would do again.
