I must say right off the bat...This ship does not allow IRONS!!! Big negative!! Why??? Because they want to charge you to iron your clothes..of course!! They will take the Iron from you and hold on to it till you return from your trip like they did to me. When I returned, there must have been about 15 irons that people forgot about and just went home! BTW: I was practically the last family off the ship because we were in no rush to leave. A little secret...the only thing that saved me was that my daughter brought a curling iron for her hair...a big one! Yipie!! At least CARNIVAL CRUISE had IRON areas which was better than nothing!

The next negative was that they were suppose to go to two other places in the Bahamas but because they wanted to fix the engine into an environmentally friendly one...they decided to do it in the Bahamas. They advised the people after they were on the ship when they could have given them far in advance notice which would have given them the option to decide to go or not! People were fuming about that. Then they tried to use a coming storm as an excuse saying that safety comes first but the storm passed after the fact and didn't even reach the places we were at.

Ok...I must be fair and not just mention the bad things. I stayed in a cabin which linked to another room which worked out perfect for myself and family of 5 in total. The cabin didn't have a window but it still was fine. My biggest fear was if we got a cabin by the engine's, we were going to hear the motors running all night...it was not the case. No noise. Thank God! We accidentally walked in on one of their Broadway play's and I was truly impressed! FANTASTIC!!
