This was my first time sailing with Viking and I absolutely loved it. I will definitely do another cruise with them. The service and attention to detail was beyond compare. We were on the maiden voyage of the Lofn so the ship was perfect. The food was great and plenty of it. All the tours were informative and fun. The earphones they provide for you to hear the tour guides worked great. Nice excursion sites as well. On the last day of the cruise I took a tumble walking back to the bus after the morning's excursion. Unfortunately for me, I did break my arm. But I can not say enough good things about the way the tour guide and the staff on the ship took care of me. They got me to a great hospital for xrays and treatment. The ship's concierge accompanied us to the hospital and back to the ship. The ship had unfortunately sailed on without us but when we were done the Captain was able to get us back on board quickly and safely and was even on the gangway to help me back on board. We were very impressed with the care and assistance we were provided throughout this cruise. I highly recommend Viking River cruises. I could not have asked for a better vacation, broken arm and all.
