NCL Hit The Nail On The Head!!! I've been on about 20 cruises in the last 5 years, Carnival, Princess, Royal, and NCL. Once I was closed off to cruising with NCL. Today, I'm Team NCL. Just returned from 7-night cruise on the NCL Getaway out of Miami. Absolutely wonderful from embarkation to Disembarkation. The ship is designed in a way that eliminates large crowed areas. The restaurants, elevators, customer service desks, shopping areas, and entertainment areas were like individual communities without the hustle and bustle that you would expect with over 3,000 guest. The food was exceptional and the service was great. I purchased the onboard coupons to return on 4 future cruises. Way to go NCL!!!

Balcony Stateroom
The cabin was well designed, plenty of storage, my only complaint was that the cabin steward wasn't able to meet the needs of customers with special needs. I requested the room cleaning during specific hours and he was unable to service in a timely manner.
