Have traveled Europe 13 times over the last 15 years. I will never use Uniworld again. Very poor quality assurance program relative to customer satisfaction. Better hope you have no problems on your cruise, as Uniworld will not accommodate you. They are more interested in the revenue bottom line for them than for customer satisfaction. Spent $24k on the riverboat cruise and requested they accommodate my request which would have cost them $100Euro on the trip due to them changing plans, and they refused to do so. Lots of other cruise lines to choose from. We have 3 trips planned and none will be with Uniworld.
