Hi, my first cruise with Celebrity and maybe my last. Just a couple of niggles and some poor guest relations stuff.

Embarkation, all smooth, and from the outside the ship is looking great. Interior although well kept and really clean, just lacked the wow factor of some ships like the 'independance of the sees'. I accept its a matter of taste, but that was my thoughts, which got no better throughout the cruise. Thats my only real gripe, and maybe the short time in some ports, was dissapointing.

On to the good bits. Cabin great with loads of space, we had a obstructed balcony cabin in room 6189 which to be honest was fine, as we could see between the two tenders/lifeboats.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Veranda 2C

Cabin 2C

Great size, and huge comfortable bed. Great communication system through tv. Bathroom best in class and shower cubicle generous in size, and with door instead of curtain. Mini bar well stocked, but expensive. Not covered by drinks package. Cleaning standards high.

Port Reviews

Great tour, pitty about the rain.Covered Trevi, colosseum,St Peter square and 3 hours free time.

Genoa

Genoa, Fantastic Aquarium,24 euro and 10 minutes walk from the docks.Hop on buses great value.
