Very beautiful ship BUT many electronics in cabins and ship not working. Also some excursions were changed because there were too many people . They should have known that ahead of time. Most of the upper level staff did not know what was going on. The regular staff for cabins and in dining rooms were VERY nice. It was a shame that Viking does such a great job on their river cruises and fell flat on their face on this 1st Ocean cruise. We were given excuses that this was their 1st Ocean cruise so they did not know what they were doing. That is what you have consultants for. We went on the maiden cruise of a Princess cruise and it went perfect.
