We are now a "Gold" passenger with Norwegian, which used to mean something.

We found the ship is in need of a lot or repair, the meals were average with not as many categories of choices, service in several of the smaller "restraunts" was almost impossible to get (where we used to get great service). There used to be some amenities besides the Captains Cocktail party, that are not there any more. All in all I found this cruise disappointing. The Norwegian was a cruise line that used to go the extra mile for the passengers but have gone completely away from that feeling into, "how can we get more money out of these people?" I felt it was more in the category of a cheap Carnival cruise.

Average, some time good service some times not so good, I think the guy was required to do other duties rather than take care of his cabins.
