Black Watch Cruise Review by firsttimers3
- Sail Date: September 2015
- Destination: British Isles & Western Europe
- Cabin Type: Outside Cabin
Yes, the ship is an older ship and not ultra modern like some others but it was kept very clean at all times.
Unfortunately the same could not be said for the organisation. When disembarking to go into Dublin, we had to queue for over an hour just to get off the ship. The following day we went to Waterford and got on the shuttle bus after a short wait. However our return was horrendous, we returned to where the coach was to pick us up only to wait over an hour in the pouring rain, we then decided to phone for a taxi to take us back to the ship. Several other taxis were also ordered as 30+ people were also waiting. When we did eventually arrive back the end of lunch time was fast approaching so this had to be extended for us however some were too late so they were given free room service.
Having said this we would go on Black Watch again as the ship is small, kept lovely & clean and more suitable for us.
