We travelled independently for this cruise , it was difficult findin where to embark as there were no Thomson reps available port side , The staff on the ship are all so nice with the exception of the cruise director , the Mistral restaurant was second to none , the food and service was excellent . We have been on the Island escape which was a Thomson ship so are not first time cruisers . If you want a basic no frills cruise then this is it This cruise ship is clean but tired , we booked a delux cabin deck 9 we spent a week above a night club, the music went on until 12.45 in the morning , not what you expect from a delux cabin , the cruise directors attitude was disgusting really didn't care , the staff did the best they could but had no support from senior officers , would not go on this ship again and really would think twice before I book another Thomson cruise. We are not party poopers and like to enjoy life and party but who wants to pay extra to sleep above the music we can do that in Ibiza

Cabin Review

Cabin Delux

Needed decorating and above the night club not what I would call delux, The walls are water stained and so was the carpet but all the views are unrestricted . Not enough plugs all American only one European
