Maybe the name "Pride of America" is a Norwegian joke of some kind. The company should be made to change the name of the ship.This is by far the worst of the six cruises I have been on. The ship is old and a lot of areas need to be refitted, this could easily be overlooked if the rest of the cruise was nice. While some of the staff try to make the cruise pleasant they can only do so much. Sit at the coffee bar 5th deck center and order a latte and pay 5$ when the plastic ad on the table shows $2.50 for the same Latte, I was told it was because I wanted a paper cup, really? The breakfast buffet is suppose to open at 6 but really opens at around 6:15 give or take. Take a shower early A.M. And there's no hot water. It's really a shame for a company to take people's vacation money and not deliver a great time. Save yours and use another cruise line.
