We live in Florida and received a very good rate on a cruise out of Miami on the new Divina. It included a balcony. The ship was magnificent as well as the entertainment. We were very disappointed in the food service for dinner. We had a hard time understanding the waiters. They took our order, brought the food, and never came back to see if we needed anything. In our 26 cruises we love the dining experience, except on the Divina. The first night we had Roast Beef but it was a disappointment. It was 3 very very thin slices. Other meals were disappointing too as nothing changed. Talking to the waiter was useless. Our travel agent told us we would like the ship but might have problem with the food service.....she was so right. When the new MSC ship come to Miami we might consider going again, but if food service experience does not improve, we'll go to the buffet.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Our balcony cabin was great, same for the room service and our cabin person.
