It has been 10 years since we sailed on the Millennium. We noticed the changes and improvements right away. Unlike the negative reviews on this forum, we had a very pleasant trip and found the staff and crew to be very friendly. Services levels for house keeping and in the MDR were excellent. The Captain was visible along with his officiers.

During our sailing I found the ship to be very clean, with crew and staff constantly cleaning and repairing. Alaska is tough on vessels, as this was the last sailing of the season for the Alaska Ports, I thought the Millennium was in very good shape. Also we have sailed on the Reflection, Silhouette, Summit and Infinity.

Our dinning room experience was very good, with nice new table-mates, excellent service, and very good meals. (listen to your head waiter for their choices and you won't be disappointed ) Read more
