We spent 7 days on the Dream and had to endure sewer gasses all week. Three out of the 7 nights I woke up nauseated by the oder. We told our Stuart about it and his answer was to sleep with the balcony door open. I called guest services and they sent us a fan to have circulate the air. I complained 3 times. They did acknowledge they had a problem and thought they had other fixed, but it wasn't. We ended up getting a 15% onboard credit and 10% off a future cruise. They also said we needed to call corporate. Some are calling and getting an additional 5%. That depends on who you get a hold of because others are not getting any additional. I haven't even mentioned how nasty the boat was. Our curtains in our room had dried food on them, cigarette burns and black grease on them. Our comforter had a stain of what appeared to be old blood and the floors in the room and hallways are terribly stained and the pool was closed for 2 days. Other couples had rooms that would not cool any less than 78 degrees. They were told to take the vent off to get more air. This ship needs to be dry docked and repaired. The best part of it was the nice crew. I hope the terrible condition of the ship does not reflect on them. They were all great!
