Having had a bad Caribbean cruising experience in January/February with another company, together with 2 friends, my wife and I booked a 'don't give up' recovery cruise with P&O who we have cruised with several times before. The overall experience was excellent with absolutely no problems with embarkation and disembarkation, a really nice inside cabin, staff who were both helpful and cheerful, excellent food and great entertainment.

The Oriana is a very happy ship with credit due to the senior staff who clearly work well together with the rest of the staff. It is good to see so many officers walking around the ship on a regular basis.

All the visits to the ports of call went well and without hitch which is a refreshing change to what we experienced earlier in the year - even the security personnel were able to smile!

Cabin Review

Cabin Inside Twin Cabin PF

Our cabin was surprisingly spacious with more than ample storage space for 2 people. It had a very nice dressing table and a corner settee giving ample seating room. Importantly, the bathroom or more accurately the wet room was very good with a shower that had more than adequate power and was easily adjustable in terms of temperature. There were a couple of issues with our toilet flushing first time but these were dealt with efficiently. Our cabin steward, Joaquim, was first class and could not be faulted in anyway. Well done, Jo!
