This was our 3rd cruise with Royal Caribbean, but will be our last due to the drop in standards that we experienced. Many of the finer touches are no longer being provided. Even simple things like nibbles at the bar to accompany your drinks was non-existent. Service in the Palace theatre was sparse with only 2 waiters serving the whole theatre unlike previous cruises when there were at least a dozen staff.

Fine dining was not always up to standard. One evening a choice in the A La Carte menu was no better than a Kentucky Fried Chicken with Corn on the Cob. On another it was a piece of Quiche and a couple of lettuce leaves that looked as though it had previously been served at the Windjammer at lunchtime.

No wine list was on display, provided with the menu or offer made for wine with our dinner. Drinks could be ordered but since when has fine dining included Bottles of beer provided to guests at the dining table. Even if the beer had been served in a glass it would have been more acceptable, but glasses were not even offered.

Felt cramped and not having the window definitely made that feeling worse. Plus we had no idea what the weather was like until we actually went up top to look.
