We have cruised numerous time but this was our first time with Norwegian. Great cabin, spacious and very large bathroom. Beautiful, clean ship. Unfortunately, a lot of the Staff gave wrong answers to questions. Evening shows in the Stardust were good and entertaining. But this is the first cruise my family and I have ever taken where we had to pay for probably 75% of the activities. $15 for most of them which really adds up. Would also have to pay an upcharge to eat in most of the main restaurants. The excursions were really expensive and in Ketchican we missed part of the lumberjack show as we had to be back at the ship by 1:00. Not enough time at this port to see the sights and shop. Also in Victoria after touring the castle we drove around the town and it was in the late evening. Not much to see. In Juneau we did an excursion but after getting off the ship we had a long wait, but not enough time to go into the town and look around. So we waited in the parking lot. During the trip, my sister used her Debit Card and discovered she was overcharged. Approx. $250 was put on her ship bill but also taken directly from her debit card. It was finally resolved after returning home, but after the rep told her to "read the fine print". They suggest you DO NOT use your debit card. In Not quite sure if I will sail on Norwegian again.
The cabin was beautiful, Spacious and the bathroom was large, which was nice. Nice to have the coffeepot in the room.
Interesting to see Liarsville and learning the history. Disappointed in the gold panning.
Didn't have enough time in port to see the entire show. Had to run back to the ship.
Enjoyed learning of their culture and it was a beautiful day.
Had fun with the family panning. Tasty salmon bake.
