We have only travelled with Holland America Line (5) times before and were quite reticent to go Princess, but as we did not want to fly overseas, and saw this cruise from Fremantle Australia ( even though it was a 4 hour flight from our home state) we decided top do the 26 day cruise to Asia. We always book a balcony cabin and were very disappointed at ours, it was just wide enough for 2 upright deck chairs & a tiny table, and looked like they had cut out some of the metal wall & left a hole not much bigger than a window in a cabin, there was no being able to sit out there & sun bake as was mostly metal.

I might add we paid what we thought was a premium for this cruise with out the flight costs & the tours.

The food was mediocre especially in the dining room and every few days there were less & less passengers eating in there.

Balcony

Cabin BB

Much smaller than we were used to, balcony was laughable very tiny with floor to ceiling metal wall with a window hole cut out of it. Not much sun could get in either.

Only a shower in the bath room no bath but the hot water was great.
