Sail Date: Aug 2015

We sailed with Princess on the Golden out of San Francisco for 10 days. As we live in California this just made sense. We did very little traveling off the boat (it clocked around three thousand miles in ten days, wow)

This was our second time going to Alaska (blessed,we know) both times with Princess.

The first time we went to Glacier Bay, this time Tracy Arm. Tracy is very beautiful and totally different than Glacier. If it had been my first time I would have felt a little disappointed though. We did not get a good look at the Glacier in Tracy. For a first or only time I would go to Glacier Bay. If you do choose Tracy just be aware that the weather is a major factor in not only seeing the Fjord but even the Ship getting in. We got lucky and It was great weather so quite a sight.

Cabin Review

Nice

We like it even though it's the stern, we like to feel the motion. Great balcony. I had no problem with people looking down, you just move back a bit and you are under a cover.
