My family and I have taken a number of cruises now so we have a pretty good idea about what to expect in service, food, amenities and overall costs, Liberty of the Seas did not disappoint.
Embarking--Driving and parking in the port is a bit time consuming, given the traffic, number of passengers and there is one way in, one way out. Although it was a little slow but manageable and realistically you are on vacation no need to rush, take your time and be a little patient.
Check in--this was the slowest part of the process, due to the fact the camera's were down/computers down for about 20 mins/half hour...Royal should have come around and told people this to avoid passengers from getting too annoyed...things happen, welcome to the computer age. Royal could have also created two lines--one for those that had pictures taken, and one for those that still required pics this could have made the process flow a little better.
