Like a lot of people we were quite concerned on reading all the bad reviews, but please just wait and make your own mind up. We loved the ship, the entertainment was excellent, (always got a seat in the theatre even when the show had just started). Food was very good with plenty of choice. Cabin was a bit small but very comfy with a large very comfortable bed. Balcony was big enough to sit on. We had a central cabin on deck 12 and never found the lifts to be a problem. Staff were mainly very friendly, just a few that could have been more cheerful, we ate in the peninsular restaurant which was very nice , we had 2 lovely waiters the first night and managed to sit in there section the rest of the week. We there given a pager on a couple of nights but only had to wait about 10mins - no problem, just went into Brodie's bar and got a drink that we could then take into the restaurant with us. The decor of the ship is lovely, very modern!. We will certainly be doing another cruise on Britannia.
Very comfortable, nice shower and plenty of hanging space.
