It is not worth the energy. Do something else. From the first minute of the first line you stand in, they are trying to sell you something. Pictures, wine, drink packages, dinner reservations, shore excursions.... and that is all before you are even near the gangway! I have family who live in Freeport that we were going to visit, so we really did not need any of the excursions. The saleslady told me that we were "going to have a horrible time if you do not buy an excursion!" Ummm, really?

You finally get on the boat (after having to jump over barricades to get away from people trying to sell you the shirts they are wearing. Not really their shirts, but that was probably next), and Boom! You are one foot in the door and they are trying to sell you an upgraded drink or bottle service and unlimited soda service! I finally asked if I had to pay to just sit down and relax for a second and look at my drink options! I heard some people say they had bought their tickets on groupon, so I went to the customer service desk, (after being hounded for 2 hours to buy some more upgraded crap), and asked that since we had paid full price, could they ask the staff to just leave us alone? It was just exhausting.

I am not sure what you would do on this boat if you aren't a drinker? Nothing opens until after 5, except for the pool bar. We probably would have shopped a little if the stores were ever open? There was an hour before the boat left Freeport, (a different story there with the power being out for the 5 hours we were on land, but, it's Freeport, that happens), where we were actually having fun on the boat while watching the Mr./Mrs. Grand Celebration contest by the pool.... only to be ruined! Right before the guy announced the winner, he says "ladies and gentlemen, we have a great special for you! We only have 40 spots available for....." I mean seriously! Everything on this boat was for sale! 10:30pm, they came over the loudspeaker and said, "ladies and gentlemen - we have a deal for you! Only a limited amount available..."

Cabin Review

Cabin e44

I hear the location of our cabin was the best.... middle and top level. Good size room.
