Boarded the ship in San Juan Puerto Rico. Flew in the night before to explore a little of the island before we boarded.

Embarkation was a breeze, started at 12:30 pm. Cabins were ready by 1:30. Husband and I were in an inside Rivera deck mid ship cabin. To our surprise this was a great location. We did not feel the ship sailing at all.

Food was great. Had a great variation. We purchased beers ahead of time and found them in our cabin the first day we boarded. I would recommend if you can purchase your drinks ahead of time. No need to purchase and lug water on to the ship. They sell a 12 pack of water for only $2.99 which you can also purchase ahead of time. We removed the items out of the the fridge and placed them on the top and filled the fridge with our beverages, which worked out well. Just don't forget to bring with you a bottle opener.

Cabin Review

Interior

Cabin 4G

Cabin was great size, roomy, bathroom was adequate. Loved the space for two it was perfect. Enough storage and did not feel claustrophobic at all. As a matter of fact the interior cabin on this ship is a bit larger than the interior cabin on the Royal Caribbean Liberty.

Port Reviews

San Juan

We arrived in San Juan the day before the cruise was set to sail. Stayed in Old San Juan and toured this part of the island. Had a great time. Walked all around, did both fortresses and walked around the town. Loved it.

St. Thomas

St. Thomas was great we did an excursion with a local whom took us all around the island with a beach stop and enjoyed every minute. He and his wife were great and provided us with drinks while touring the island. Any drink we wanted from water to soda and even some rum. It was great would recommend them: Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours

Barbados

Was not please with this port stop. Did a tour of the island with a local and the island was a sight for sore eyes. Would not do another cruise that would include a stop to this island.

St. Lucia

St. Lucia was a nice stop. We did another tour with a local and enjoyed the island. My husband did the mud bath and swam in the water fall. Then we made another beach stop and had a great time.

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

St. Kitts was a so so island. We did a tour with a local. Not much to tour but way better of an island than Barbados.

St. Maarten

St. Maarten was a nice island. Did a tour with a local and had a great time. He took us to the beach by the airport where we watched the planes come in so low that you would think it would be close enough to touch. It was great had a great time at this island.
