We just come back from 7 days (East Mediterranean sea) dirty ship and cabin bathroom, understaffed all the time, image a lane of 40 people to get a mediocre dinner, lunch or breakfast at windjagger, always the same food, no new variations, you will finish eating a sandwich anywhere...bc you are tired of the same stuff, disorganized staff and unprofessional. My wife get food poisoned, be aware that they never clean your table appropriately after other people finish just take away plates, glasses and silverware, never clean or they use the cloth napkin used by the costumer before to clean your table, that is nasty (checked by myself several times). They charge us double drinks at samba grill restaurant (we experienced a real churrascaria before, this is a real joke), expect a service of 3 hours!!! very slow service, every 20 minutes!!!! another serving of horrible meat, over cooked and flavorless, in the end you are tired of waiting (advise: leave your card on green all the time and refuse a particular meat that you don't like) we commented about our experience to a captain of waiter never get a feedback, nobody speak well English either, another night we went to silk dinner room: 3.5 hours of service....!!!!, slowwwwww service, they didn't find our bottles of wine....pathetic, poor food quality, we get tired of waiting without service and a drama to get seated when we reserved a specific table the day before, we went to there just to make our reservation personally, they lost one luggage so I missed a specialty restaurant dinner the first night, shore excursions desk with people focused on sell, not to inform you, they guessing...reading with you about your excursion....ridiculous, we had to go to costumer services to get some information about our excursions and when you get back from them coincidently never has a free charge restaurant available. Nice ship, terrible staff, the worse service ever received by RCL, this is my 4th cruise with them. We have cruised on another companies and never had to wrote a disappointed review. Allure of the seas no thanks....
