Day 1: Boarded the ship and there was a strong smell of damp on deck 2.
Day 1 & 2: Sewage smell in the corridor outside our stateroom 2541.
Day 5 & 6: Had to call maintenance to deal with plumbing issues. No one had the courtesy to let us know when the problem had been resolved.
Day 7: Tried to print off boarding passes for flight home but there was a problem between the computer and printer so it cost $10 to print off 2 pages. Should have had 30 minutes Internet use but because it took over 30 minutes to sort out the problem we were timed out.
Day 7: Spent 1.5 hours at Guest Services trying to deal with IT problems, were assured we would receive a refund of the fee and then were told this was not possible.
Day 6 & 7: There was a fan blowing in the lift area on deck 2 trying to dry up some sort of leakage which probably explains the smell of damp.
Really enjoyed the ports of call.
The waiting staff, entertainment staff and housekeeping staff do a really good job.
Food was ok, but generally lukewarm.
Unless you intended to drink yourself silly, drinks package was very expensive.
It cost $99.95 per person on a Royal Caribbean excursion on Santorini to visit one town and a winery which was just to sample the wine, no tour.
Cabin was small and outdated but clean. Bed was comfortable.
Bathroom was clean but shower cubicle very small and towels were a bit threadbare.
