Sail Date: Aug 2015
Cabin: Inside Cabin

We sailed from Newcastle on 2nd August on Boudicca on what was to be a wonderful experience exploring the Arctic.

Having sailed on Boudicca twice before, we knew that we would be happy with the ship and apart from the cabin being in much need of a refurb, we were not disappointed.

The crew on Boudicca are the most friendly we have ever encountered on our 30+ cruises and the food was excellent as always.

Cabin Review

Inside Cabin

Cabin I

We were disappointed with our cabin. We booked an inside on this particular cruise because we knew that it would light at night in some of our ports of call and I can't sleep in daylight.

The cabin was poorly laid out with little room to move around and the shower was in definite need of replacing.

Despite the cabin steward's best efforts, the shower try always looked grim and many of the shower tray tiles came loose.
