First time cruising with Oceania, having cruised with Azamara for last 5 years. The good- food in main restaurant is excellent but felt choice in buffet limited. Crew are very friendly but mismanaged.

I felt there was an element of undermanning as often had to chase up on service. (walked out of one of the specialty restaurants as service was so poor).

Very disappointed in lack of interaction of senior crew with either passengers or other crew. There was not the same feeling of being valued as we have had on Azamara.

Port Reviews

Bordeaux

Lovely town. If like us you are not that interested in the vineyards there is plenty to explore in the town itself

La Coruna

Took the bus to Hercules Tower, walked round the old town.

Lisbon

Beautiful city - just didn't have the time in port to do it justice

Seville

Don't book an excursion to Seville Cadiz is fabulous. get round to the Park at the Parador and see the Avenue of trees. Beautiful. Walk through the town -visit the market. Tourist map and suggested routes so useful. Fabulous!

Barcelona

Not rating this as a port as this was our disembarkation port but we stayed a few extra nights in a hotel. My favourite city - take a bus tour/ take a skip the line La Sagreda (with Tower tour/ just walk around!
