This is a great ship badly let down by poor guest relations. Their were 3 desks open for 4180 guests. The queues were so long that we gave up on 3 occasions and when you finally get to the desk the staffs attitudes were polite and their answers ineffective. The attractions on board are excellent but the queues so long you give up and on 2 occasions we were in lines for over an hour that were cut and we could not get on the attractions. The Windjammer facility for eating was fabulous food but the search for a table was useless passengers do not want to give them up. We had 2 twelve year old grandchildren with us and one day after looking for a table for 20 minutes dumped our food and went for a burger outside having to sit on chairbeds. Could get bookings in restaurants or shows because they were overbooked,
We have done many cruises with Royal Caribbean but they are more concerened with taking your money than looking after you. We are diamond members and will now no longer cruise with them after this experience, its a great shame as we prefer to be positive and not negative but facts are facts, many travellers were complaining also,
The cabin was well appointed and had lots of space for clothes and a very nice bathroom. There was no table either in the room or on the balcony to eat if you had room service. The bed was very comfortable but we could not get any feather cushions.
