The one thing that comes to mind on this ship was "long lines". This was my first cruise on a ship of 3,000 + passengers and I expected there to be more people. I have been on 9 other cruises and never has the buffet line been out the door! The crew was helpful and pleasant, but they could not change the long lines at the buffet and often at the dining room. The pizza grill ran out of pizza! The food was mediocre at best. The speciality restaurants were very good, but the dining room food was inconsistent. The elevators were always full so it really was not an option. Not everyone is in good enough shape to go from deck 6 to 15. It was difficult to find a seat for the shows unless you came early.

Do expect to be nickel/dimed everywhere you turn. I wondered why a large deck section was empty until they told me one needed a reservation and pay a $20 fee to sit there. After paying an up charge to eat at a speciality restaurant, they wanted to charge extra for a cappuccino! Sale flyers flood your cabin every day.
