We just sailed on this ship and Royal Caribbean for the first time, and we will not be back unless their customer service improves drastically! Some of our disappointment does come because our Eastern itinerary was changed because of hurricane Erica, however we do appreciate that customer safety is top priority. Our ports were to be Nassau, St. Thomas and St. Martin, instead we got Nassau, Costa Maya and Cozumel.

This ship is definitely amazing! It is huge and you most of the time can't even tell you are on a ship. The promenade, Central Park and board walk areas are very nice, we appreciated the way the ship is laid out and how RC has computerized finder boards every where.

Customer service was definitely lacking, we had prebooked and pre-purchased dining at specialty restaurants with the on line deal for 30% of purchase price back in on board credit. It took FIVE visits to guest services and a talk with the restaurant area manager before they would honor the deal!
