Having sailed on Princess, Celebrity and Holland America this cruise line was not all bad. The staff from Officers to Room Stewards were very friendly and always said hello. Our Room Steward introduced himself and always kept our room clean with interesting towel animals and good service.

The food in Tsar's Palace was great as was the service for all the five times we ate there.

Azura although the same menu and friendly was not as good, with its service staff. The Garden Cafe was always a good variety of food that was tasty. We did not like the breakfast in O'Sheehan's Bar & Grill. We only ate at one Pay Restaurant....Le Bistro and were disappointed that although we paid a cover charge there were still items on the menu that we had to pay for. We ate early 5:30 because we had 10 people in our group and the place was not full yet waiters were looking at us but not coming over to serve. The food was good but the service did not pick-up until the end of the meal 3 hrs later.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

This balcony cabin could have done without the sofa which made it crowded but the shower and bathroom were the biggest we have encountered on any cruise line. Storage under the bed was a bonus.
