We enjoyed our cruise. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, the food was tasty and varied, the cabin comfortable and the tours informative. We didn't use the cabin entertainment system as we found it too hard to follow if trying to find a movie.

There was hand gel at the restaurants but much more is needed. On the Sapphire Princess there was gel sites everywhere but not on Emerald Princess, especially surprising that there was none at the casino. Also the most basic cafés can supply free wifi but the charges to use it on board were exorbitant so we did not use it.

However our worst experience was to come. We bought a quantity of jewellery from the jewellery store, which would have taken the credit card we registered well over the limit. So we used a different credit card during the cruise to pay for it. For some reason even though it is one account, it divides into an account for each user and one of the accounts was now put well into credit. How this worked is anyone's guess so we went back and queued again at the "Help" desk to have this taken from the total.
