I have been on several Carnival Cruises and this is the worst one I have ever been on.The dining room crew not so much. There were two waiters who were exceptional as I expect dining room waiters to be. They were Selvin and Jhon. If you get either of those two as your waiter it would be really great. So the other waiters seemed as if you were bothering you. The food never really was hot however some of it did come out room temperature or a little bit above. The food was okay nothing exceptional nothing like I'm used to on Carnival previously and definitely not like some of the other cruise lines in which I have traveled. The food on the Lido fevk was better thsn the dining room, do it is recommended.

If you are traveling with children make sure you enroll them into Camp Carnival I'm s they would love it. My son did not want to leave when I came to get him at 10 o'clock every night. The dive-in mivie was great snd the movie were current. Dont miss it if you can but come early.

We visited Grand Turk with the pretty small island seven miles long and three miles wide, but most of the people were friendly. We also took an island tour on rainbow tours. Not a shore excursion on the ship but they were there as soon as you got off the ship. This stop at Half Moon Csy was also very good. You could spend the whole day there as they brought food to the island and you did not have to go back to the ship. At Freeport the people also were very friendly and if you don't want to go on a tour throughout the town there is a small flea market directly across the street from the ship.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin 8A

I recommend if you can always get a balcony room because it's nice being able to hear the ocean. The thing I did not like about these balcony doors is that they opened out work so if it was windy it was very difficult to open and you could not leave the door open to sit in the room and hear the waves. The cabin had plenty of storage for clothes but only onr plug in thdvroom. There is a washer and dryer on each floor ($3.00 each) and an iron. The shower has shampoo and body wash. The room attendants as always exceptional in there whenever you needed them. And the towel animals get better and better.
