My husband and I had great time on the Splendor and would not hesitate on booking another trip on this boat. Embarkation was a breeze and so was debarkation. Carnival does a great job considering there is over 3,000.00 people on board.The staff is very friendly, our waiter in the dining room greeted us by our names the very first night. I have nothing bad to say about this cruise other than we should have stayed a little bit longer at the islands we visited.

The food at the Lido deck was excellent, there were so many variety to please everyone wether you are a Vegetarian or a picky eater. If anyone was not not satisfy with the many choices they had they are just plain miserable people who finds any reason to complain. I've cruised on Royal Caribbean and I prefer Carnival hands down. I'm on vacation and want to be on a fun ship. The ship itself was in very good shape, the staff was constantly cleaning an I didn't see any dirty dishes on tables as some previous people reported. The decor is very pink but you get used to it after the first day.

The cruise director Kevin is hilarious, a very fun down to earth person. The shows were good especially the comedy shows which can get very crowded. There are 3 pools on this ship, the most crowded of course is the pool on the Lido deck which also has retractable roof in case of bad weather. They also show movies at night and provide free popcorn. There are people they hog the lounger chairs but I did see the staff come around and remove towels left on chairs if it's not occupied for a certain amount of time.. There were quiet areas with lounge chairs that you can relax , read or just fall asleep. It was an enjoyable cruise.. Can't wait to do it again
