When I got home from Southampton having been on a 7 day cruise holiday on Britannia, it felt like I didn't go on holiday at all. I couldn't be more disappointed with the new cruise ship. I come back regretting that I paid the gratuities too. Compared to other cruise ships I've been on, the quality of service was bad and totally unprofessional.

I totally agree with the negative comments given by other travellers on this site. I've been on many cruise holidays and each time on a different cruise ship. P & O Britannia is by far the lowest scoring cruise ship in all categories, especially cabin, cabin, enrichment activities, entertainment, public rooms and service.

The only thing I applaud Britannia for is the ethos of minimising waste and water footprint etc. Unlike other cruise ships, Britannia did not waste lots of food.
