The ship is beautiful, the staff was very friendly. The cruise was fairly pricey to start but once you are one board watch out!!! They charge you for everything! Even for the kids to bowl on the tiny little two lane bowling alley it was $5 a game! Air hockey was $2.00 game. Every time you turn they are selling you extras. Unless you upgrade to unlimited drinks and dining those tabs rack up quickly. If you want a chair by the pool you almost have to fight for it. Very small pools. Only two for this giant ship. People put towels on chairs to hold spots the night before and sometimes never show up! Far to little outside space for so many people. If you paid extra for the private haven it was nice but very small pool area. They had this other sun deck called vibe that they sold spots for at a another $120 per person and oh by the way it only holds 80 people so getting a spot is like fighting for concert tickets.Too many people on the boat. All of the activities are very small venues and too many people try to cram into one space.

The food was mediocre. The speciality restaurants are good but all extra and they actually serve some of the same food as the included restaurants. Not overly impressed.

My boys are 19 and 17 and they did not feel there was enough for their ages. We loved Bermuda and our excursions were fantastic! We swam with the Dolphins and power snorkeled. My son really wanted to tour the ship but guess what that was another $79 per person! Bingo was $39-69 to play and the cruise team spent everyday selling everyone on spending more for raffle tickets and bingo cards. Another team spent the week trying to get you to but art all week.$500-$10,000 art work. The casino slots were old and out dated none of the newer machines. They charged $20 per person to see the ice bar. Never went in because at that point I was tired of spending money and being sold! They picture crew was everywhere taking pictures and oh yes every picture was $14.95 and up if you wanted buy them or a package for $200 or more.

Nice room no complaints but I would not put more that two in a room. They say it can sleep 4 but no way would I have survived a week with four of us in the room.
