Travel Lodge on the sea! Overall the cruise was a disorganised disaster, it was badly managed from moment we stepped foot in the mayhem in the arrival area. The food on the ship was a disgrace. There was no evidence of high quality fresh local produce being taken on board at any of the ports we visited.

More importantly and frightening was the terrifying experience on the first evening, around 11:30 pm when the Captain put out a loud piecing alarm sound through the passengers cabins speakers summoned the crew. The Captain informed the crew that there were flames in one of the engines. We were informed, by a fellow passenger, that the second in command put this message through the passengers speaker in the cabin in error. People were told to evacuate one of the theatre, where they then found crew members with their life jackets on, these passengers did not know what to do next.

I should not forget to mention the inability to find a sun bed in the Serenity area, the disgraceful cost of the Hydrotherapy suite of the extortionate cost of meals in the restaurants and bars. In addition, I find it insulting, immoral and an unacceptable practice that you are providing a 'VIP' Retreat (When was this advertised?). Why have you created a two tier system, with obvious inequalities?
