If i can give them no stars that would be more honest! everything about this ship was horrible. From the moment i booked, i was given the run around and it took two weeks to get my confirmation email and someone had to send it from their personal email. Not to mention all the info was wrong on our names and cabins and i had to have it corrected and take another 3 days to get the new email. as it states you have to check in day prior to sailing, even that was broken and i was told not to worry about it.

We get there and valet, which is $17 dollars a day mandatory, ok fine, if i must. Then you wait 2-4 hours to board the ship, going thru lines to check in and even getting scammed into charges you weren't asking for, such as here sign this since your staying on the island, ok why oh just so they know your coming..umm ok ... Then guess what oh heres your charge for 18 bucks each to take a 1920s bus ride to wait hours for to get to your hotel. I had already said i would take a cab since its faster, and nothing stated on the paper i signed it was for this charge. Ok lesson learned there.

After finally getting on the boat we weren't able to go to our rooms until after 5 pm, there was no air conditioner on the ship!!!! We were hot and gross and just ugh, when we did get to our room we had a small fan in the room for air???? What it felt like a hot sauna room. It was horrible! We went to complain and ask for a new room, mind you i paid for an ocean view room, after seeing 4 other rooms ewually as hot i got livid and told them i am not going to walk all over this ship for you crappy rooms to find one cooler than the next you find me a room with air and let me know period, the supervisor found me one but not what i paid for, an inside cabin, at this point i've wasted hours of my trip angry missed my nice sit down dinner and feel horrible from the heat, we retired to the room for the night and prayed we would be cool while resting.
