I wanted to preface this by saying, whomever gave this trip one or little stars, needs some serious mental help. Everything was amazing. Every little detail, from the steward, Verge, to our wait staff. We sailed out of Bayonne, NJ to King's Wharf Bermuda. The staff remembered, every detail. The most minute of preferences was never over-looked. The ship was gorgeous. My fiance and have traveled extensively, world-wide, and this ship definitely had the WOW factor. The ship was immaculate, the port of call was beautiful. It may not be big on kid-friendly things to do, so if that's your beef, go with another cruise line that caters to JUST that. My fiance' and I enjoyed every minute. The details are too extensive to get into, but the hot tub, the food, the entertainment, the staff were AMAZING. I would definitely go again, without hesitation. Beautiful trip.
