Sailed out of NYC on August 2nd to Bermuda. Upon boarding the ship seemed great, very clean and staff was very helpful. We were one of the first to board and received drinks and lunch immediately. To sum up the entire trip and not to bore you the trip was great, great food, huge beer selection and top shelf booze. The entertainment and staff were good, so off to the problems. First problem there is a lot of cigarette smoke and I mean all over the ship, people can pretty much where ever they want outside. Second problem but this is every vacation, the chair savers, when u come out to the pool about 9am you will find towels on chairs with no people to be found, this was every day. I watched two chairs next to me with towels on them for 6 hours, two women then came over removed their towels and walked away. I do not get how people think they own a chair for the day by placing a towel on it. Third problem the pool is way too small for 4,500 people, one adult pool and one family pool.
