Just returned from cruising on the the Liberty and really enjoyed it. The ship was well presented and very clean. The balcony cabin was a good size and well kept , and the attendants were excellent.
Some of the ports were a bit disappointing I.e Barbados - but that's the Caribbean Islands isn't it?
We only experienced a few down points. The first was the Maitre Dee Staffing 'responses on board in the dining room, which fell short of providing good customer service. WE didn't like the location of our table - beside a food serving point, and asked to be moved . This was upon boarding before the first dinner. To say we got the run around - is an understatement. Despite saying they would move us- the new table never was made available. Also their commitments to update us on the new location, via a note in our cabin, never hAppended. In view if their poor service we complained, and they promised us a complimentary bottle of wine - which again never appeared! This didn't really matter to us, as we were on a drinks package , but it's the principle that matters! Our waiter service however was excellent and the food good , and always served warm.
