The ship was excellent superb staff, particularly in Moonlight Sonata deck 4. The food everywhere we went was varied and tasty and cooked well, though they don't do potatoes well however cooked and green beans with almost everything. The food in the buffet was always well cooked and presented with lots of choice and as I am diabetic there was low sugar options even ice cream. My partner is wheelchair bound and had only a few problems mainly on the last night when cases left in the corridors meant she could not pass through easily. This is also a safety hazard.
The cabin was o.k for her with the exception of an uneven floor into the shower room which caused problems when using a hoist. The shower room was fine. The cabin steward was exlemprary. A word of warning we did have noises late at night and had to complain at 11-45 p.m an investigation failed to find the cause cabin 3101. All staff were friendly and courteous and helpful.
Getting on and off the vessel with an electric w/chair was easy except Bruges due to the tide and the angle of the ramp the w/chair was not allowed off the vessel. Only in Copenhagen was w/chair transport provided [free] everywhere else was a walk in [Tallin] which is unsuitable for w/chairs few dropped kerbs and potholes and ridges. If you have a wheelchair weighing more than 200kg including person you wont be allowed in St. Catherines Palace we were asked to leave after buying tickets.
Roomy enough for w/chair. Very clean. Superb steward. Osbert
Very touristy but easy to get around
Poured with rain. Very difficult for w/chair
Nightmare very difficult for w/chair user. Not allowed in St. Catherines Palace. W/chair to heavy couldn't find a restaurant without steps [avoid]
You could spend a lot more time here. Hop on off buses expensive
Beautiful City need more time Hop on off buses expensive
Very busy. Tivoli Gardens long wait for tickets so gave it a miss. Canal boats not suitable for w/chairs
